PRAYER
THE CENTRALITY OF THE SPIRITUAL DISCIPLINES CORPORATE
The churches and the leaders of companies and organizations should be invited to a spiritual experience common to your city. This is the basis of evangelical movements of the past 30 years, with expressions such as the Concerts of Prayer, the Prayer Summit of the Pastors of the Great New York, the Vigil of the Lord (daily prayer), and other campaigns of prayer and reading of the Scriptures in the entire city, you are classic examples.
Every movement needs a common language or a "coin semantics", as the "95 theses" of Luther to Reform. Even the sentence requires the submission to the unit. We must be careful not to let our commitment to our own theology or methodologies divide us.

A CONVINCING RESEARCH GENERATES RESULTS

We have discovered that the leader through the church media has little idea of what is really happening in your city. Armed with a convincing research, the church informed, can come together around common challenges, and establishing a strong agreement on what to do, as well as what they can achieve together.
LEADERSHIP
FORMATION OF THE CURRENT LEADERS AND CULTIVATE THE LEADERS MILLENNIAL
It is essential to provide training to the professionals of the evangelical movement. Currently, the majority of the urban movements of north America, are directed by white men of the baby boom generation. Although these leaders are mobilizing passionate and effective, they sometimes lack the organizational capacity needed to overcome the phase of "awareness and spiritual discipline" and become effective at the time of provide and deploy skillfully leaders around areas of common passion. Need a unique training for each entity, in what we call the "three-legged stool": the leader of the church, a business leader and leader of the mission agency.

People love what they know and leaders are owners of what we designed in multiple sectors (market, pastoral, missionary agency, civic, millennial). We believe that God put in the hearts of the leaders of the Kingdom within a city and how to work together strategically for the common good of their city, using a rigorous investigation of the city.
