To find our life purpose, it is necessary to explore the four levels of depth in our questions:

Surface: Is the level of the automatic responses. "Job to pay the bills." "I exercise to look good". Are valid answers, but do not go beyond the immediate.

Intermediate: Here are beginning to emerge, answers more thoughtful. "I work because I want stability for my family." "I exercise because I want to feel good and take care of my health".

Depth: In this level, we find motivations more significant. "I work because I want to help others and generate a positive impact." "I exercise because I value my well-being and gives me energy to fulfill my dreams."

Purpose of life: It is the highest level and transformer. Here we understand the ultimate reason for our actions. "Work because my vocation is to inspire and serve others". "I exercise because I want to enjoy my life fully and to honor my body as an instrument for my mission."

When we connect with our purpose of life, everything changes. We don't need to force us to do what we love, because we just do it from the certainty that we are on our way. The doubts, the fear of failure and uncertainty, they lose power over us.
